Hi there! I'm Michaela, your resident lived-in color and extension specialist.
On any given day, you'll find me over at Rad & Company in Downtown Campbell with a Starbucks in one hand, and hair color in (and on) another. When I'm not in the salon, I'm busy fostering sweet pups, spending time outdoors, or planning more things to do in the salon.
Work-life balance is something that comes with time, right?
Obviously, I'm passionate about hair. But more than that, it's my mission to create something that makes the woman wearing it feel like the best possible version of herself. There's nothing quite like seeing a glowing smile at the end of a hair transformation, or hearing someone say, "I can't believe this is my hair!" Because achieving that level of excitement and confidence in each and every one of my clients is what I live for, I make it a point to constantly invest in furthering my hair education. I choose to spend my free time in hair education courses, both out of town and locally, so that I can continue to evolve into a stronger artist for the women I have the privilege of serving.
I’ve stepped outside of my small Campbell world to continue serving my own clients by providing a plethora of information that is readily available and accessible. But, also to do more for a larger community. By providing more individuals (near or far) with access to hair tips and tricks from a professional.
